A redesigned platform. A more capable Aiden. A better way to turn intelligence into action.
Launching August 24th — RealReports evolves from a collection of powerful property tools into a unified productivity center and growth engine for real estate professionals.
The update brings together three core upgrades that transform how real estate professionals work.
A clearer, faster, more cohesive desktop and mobile experience.
Aiden is available across the platform, surfacing opportunities to generate and move business forward.
Aiden can help move from insight to execution, coordinating tools and connected products with user approval.
RealReports has always helped users understand properties. The new experience is designed to help users act on that intelligence more easily — without jumping between tools, copying information, or deciding every next step manually.
The redesigned platform guides users naturally through the entire agent workflow:
This update is the combination of trusted data + connected tools + agentic intelligence in one platform — not just a new design or a better chatbot.
🏘️ RealReports — property research and intelligence
🔍 Prospector — finding and pursuing new business
⚖️ RealCMA — pricing, positioning, and winning business
💓 Pulse — sustaining client relationships post-transaction
The new platform is organized around two connected spaces that work together seamlessly.
The main workspace housing RealReports, Prospector, Pulse, RealCMA, and account settings. Everything a user needs to see and act on is in one place.
Aiden remains available as users move between tools, maintaining context about what the user is doing and trying to accomplish. Users can keep Aiden open as a sidebar, expand it full-screen, minimize it to a floating button, or use it by voice or text on desktop or mobile.
Aiden is now agentic — it can perform actions and do work, not just answer questions. Its intelligence grows more useful as it gains access to more context: onboarding information, platform activity, MLS data, connected tools, and learned preferences.
Answer questions about ownership, zoning, liens, permits, risks, and more. Analyze documents, create charts, and build PDF/Word/Excel outputs.
Start and refine a RealCMA, build Prospector farming audiences, set up postcard campaigns, and review business-performance metrics.
Generate marketing images, listing graphics, social content, branded reports, emails, texts, and client communications using connected Canva templates.
Send emails, create calendar events, update CRM contacts, add clients to Pulse, share reports, and create QuickBooks expenses — all with user approval.
Aiden can combine its capabilities into a single workflow. Users start with the outcome they want — Aiden handles the steps.
"Find homeowners likely to sell, refine the audience, prepare a postcard campaign, and show me the economics before I approve it." Aiden builds the audience, prepares copy and creative, and pauses for approval.
"Prepare me for tomorrow's buyer meeting. Research the property, identify risks, build a CMA, and create a concise buyer brief." Aiden connects calendar context, pulls the RealReport, and organizes key talking points.
"Gather closing documents, attach them to the RealReport, add the buyers to Pulse, and draft the invitation for me to review." Aiden preserves property context and prepares outreach.
"Every Monday, build an updated farming audience for this market and send me the search." Aiden proposes a recurring schedule, then performs the work at the requested cadence.
Connectors allow Aiden to understand more of the user's business and take action across tools they already use. Users choose which services to connect.
Improves property, listing, and market context.
Prepares meetings, drafts outreach, creates events.
Updates contacts and logs activity.
Creates branded assets, shares content, manages invoices.
Agentic does not mean autonomous without oversight. When a workflow requires review, authorization, an external action, or an additional charge, Aiden pauses and asks for approval.
The Aiden conversation provides a running record of what was recommended, performed, approved, sent, created, purchased, or scheduled — giving users the leverage of agentic intelligence while preserving transparency and human control.
At launch, certain capabilities may vary based on beta access, MLS or brokerage participation, organization permissions, product eligibility, connected services, and available data.
All Aiden usage draws from a user's balance. Costs range from cents to dollars depending on the workflow. Core product pricing is not changing.
Users can try Aiden for free — including some agentic functions — by completing onboarding steps. Promos and free credit opportunities will be available in coming weeks.
RealCMA remains in selective rollout, available only to eligible users receiving RealReports through a participating MLS.
Many orgs are providing Aiden balance to members as an added benefit. Contact brian@realreports.ai for pricing details.
Property intelligence should not stop at information.
The dashboard gives real estate professionals a connected place to work. Aiden brings together property data, business context, purpose-built tools, and user-enabled connections to generate new opportunities and move business forward.
It is a more intelligent, proactive, and useful RealReports — built to meet practitioners where they are and help take their businesses where they need to go. Launching August 24th.
